What Is My Vertical Body Type?
How to determine your
Vertical Body Type
Most women have never
considered their Vertical Body Proportions.
Tell tale signs that you don't know your vertical body type.
- You find yourself pulling at your shirt or jacket hems
- You pull your waistband up or down on your trousers or
jeans to feel comfortable
- You fiddle with your tops - pulling, rouching or folding
them up or down
If you understand your
vertical body type your choice for comfort will not involve sacrificing
looking stylish. You don't have to look like a slob to be comfy. You
can feel comfortable and look stylish at the same time.
What is and
What does Vertical Body Type Mean?
Your
vertical body type measures your body proportions in 3 sections
It will identify if you have:
- A Balanced Body
- Long Legs / Short Torso
- Short Legs / Long Torso
- Long Waist
- Short Waist
- Balanced Waist
You may have long legs
and a short torso or short legs and are long in the waist. You cannot
change your vertical proportions with diet and exercise. You are pretty
much stuck with them for life and we are not divided up equally.
How to
measure your Vertical Body Type
- Hip
to Head - Measure from your hip line to the top of your
head
- Hip
to Floor - Measure the length of your legs (the widest
part of your hips down to the floor)
Write
these
measurements down
